By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account, including keeping your password private. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it. We may suspend an account that is being used to break these terms, and we will tell you why.

Publishing

You may only upload software you have the right to distribute. You must not upload anything that contains malware, that collects data without disclosing it, or that impersonates another developer or product. Your listing must describe what the app actually does.

We review every submission and may reject, unpublish or suspend a listing that breaks these rules. We will give you the reason and, where the problem is fixable, the chance to fix it.

Payments

Prices are set by the developer and shown inclusive of any applicable tax. We take a commission on each sale; the current rate is shown on your earnings page. Refunds are handled case by case — contact support.

Downloads

A download link is issued to you personally, expires quickly and can only be used once. Do not attempt to redistribute paid software you bought here.

Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time from your settings. If you have published apps, unpublish or transfer them first so that people who already downloaded them are not left stranded.
