Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Taqwa APK (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Taqwa APK lets you package a website you own or are authorised to use into an Android application (APK / AAB), manage your apps and share download links. Features, limits and prices may change over time.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country (at least 13 years old).

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• package websites or content you do not own or have permission to use;
• distribute malware, phishing, illegal, hateful, adult, or infringing content;
• violate Google Play policies, applicable law or third-party rights;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service or other users' data;
• abuse free plans or resell the Service without our written permission.

You are solely responsible for the apps you build and the content they load.

4. Plans, payments and refunds

Some features require a paid plan. Prices are shown before you pay. Monthly and yearly plans renew only as described at checkout; lifetime plans are a single payment for as long as the Service operates. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or where we state otherwise. We may offer free access to all features at any time and may reintroduce paid plans with notice.

5. Your content and our rights

You keep ownership of your website, logos, screenshots and other content. You give us a limited licence to host, process and display them only to provide the Service. The Service, its design and software remain our property.

6. Advertising

Public pages of our website may display advertisements, including ads served by Google AdSense. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. See our Privacy Policy for details about cookies and ad personalisation.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time. Built files may be deleted after their retention period, so keep your own copies.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the law, with or without notice. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taqwa APK is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of profits or data, or for issues arising from apps you build or publish. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date above shows the latest revision; continuing to use the Service means you accept the changes.
